Between A Rock & A Hard Place
The rental we are in right now has this rock outcrop thing going on out back of the house. It doesn’t inspire my imagination or creativity really. Nor is it very inviting to any wildlife, it appears. I am counting down the days until we are in our own space and one that is a little more my speed.
But you got to make do with what you got or where you are at sometimes. So I went out and wandered around the rocks, not expecting much.
But what do you know, in between a rock and a hard place grows my favorite trillium.
A nice surprise as I have been lamenting the spring blooms that are pushing their way up through the dirt back up north right about now in the home we just sold.
Thank God for tenacity.
